Clause 01Effective date

These terms take effect on 28 September 2026. A quote issued before that date is governed by the terms in force on the day it was issued, and the quote says which.

Clause 02Who these terms are with

Zavellora, trading at zavellora.us, 34 River Road, Floor 2, Austin, Texas 37641, United States. In these terms "we" means Zavellora and "you" means the person or business using the site or placing an order.

Clause 03What the site does and does not do

The site shows our catalogue of 24 V and 48 V LED strip, aluminium channel and diffusers, constant-voltage drivers, connectors, dimming controls and two kits. It offers a run and driver calculator, a parts list form and a support chat.

We do not install anything, we do not send anyone to site, and we do not design or certify mains electrical work. Everything on the mains side of a driver belongs to a licensed electrician where you are. We also do not stock 12 V strip, and will not source it.

Clause 04Inquiry, quote, order

Nothing is sold or paid for on this site. There is no cart, no checkout and no card field. Sending the form is a request for a quote and commits neither of us to anything.

We reply with a load sheet and a parts list priced in USD. That quote is an offer from us, open for the period printed on it. An order exists only when you confirm the quote in writing, by email is enough, and we acknowledge the confirmation with payment instructions. Figures shown by the calculator, or given in chat, are estimates for planning and are not a quote.

1. You send run lengths, feed point and use.
2. We return a load sheet, parts list and quote.
3. You confirm in writing.
4. We send payment instructions and, once paid, ship.

Clause 05How prices are set

Every part is priced on a stated basis shown in the catalog: per 5 m reel or per 20 m reel for strip, per 2 m length for channel and diffuser, per unit for drivers and modules, per pack of 10 or 5 for connectors and leads, per kit or set for the rest. Prices are in US dollars.

A price changes when the parts list changes: a longer run, a second feed, a heavier wire gauge, a cut-to-length request, a different shipping destination. Sales tax is added where Texas or your state requires it. Shipping is itemised on the quote, never folded into a part price.

Clause 06What you may not do here

• Send automated or bulk submissions through the form or chat.
• Try to reach parts of the server that are not linked from the public pages.
• Copy the catalogue, photographs or load sheets to resell or republish them.
• Use the chat to send abuse, spam or anything unlawful.
• Give someone else's contact details as your own.

Clause 07Ownership

The text, photographs, load sheet format, part codes and the Zavellora name and logo belong to Zavellora. You may print or save a page, and forward a quote we sent you to the electrician or builder on your job. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.

Clause 08What is provided as is

The site, the calculator and chat answers are provided as is. The calculator uses the formula printed beneath it and published resistance figures for 18, 16 and 14 AWG copper; real wire, real terminals and real temperatures differ, and a result near 3 % should be treated as a reason to go up a gauge. We do not warrant that the site is always available or free of errors.

Parts we ship are covered by the specifications on the quote and by our defective parts process. We do not warrant fitness for a use you did not tell us about, such as outdoor, wet or submerged locations.

Clause 09Limit of liability

Our total liability on any order is limited to the price you paid for the parts in that order. We are not liable for installation labour, drywall repair, lost time, or damage caused by wiring done against the load sheet, by a driver loaded past 80 % against our advice, or by parts from other suppliers mixed into the run.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law of Texas does not allow to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Clause 10Refusing or withdrawing access

We may decline an inquiry, close a chat or block access from an address that breaks Clause 06. We may also decline to quote a job we think is unsafe, such as strip specified for a location its rating does not cover. An order already confirmed and paid is either shipped or refunded in full.

Clause 11Governing law

These terms and every sale under them run under the law of Texas, United States. A dispute is heard in the courts of Austin. If you buy as a consumer in another state, that does not take away the protection your own state's consumer law gives you.

Clause 12Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, the effective date at the top of this page changes and the new text applies from that date. A quote already issued keeps the terms it was issued under. For a change that affects open orders, we email the buyer on each one.
