Send run lengths and a feed point. You get back a parts list, a load sheet and a USD quote.
There is no cart on this site, on purpose. Most returned LED strip lights we hear about were bought as a reel and a driver that were never checked against each other. So every order starts as an inquiry, and every inquiry is answered with the sums done.
Four steps from measurements to a box on your bench.
We do not publish lead times as promises. Reels, channel and drivers are held at the counter on River Road; what is on the shelf ships once you confirm, and the quote says plainly if anything is not.

You send the runs
Run lengths in metres, how many separate runs, where the power comes in, and the strip you want if you know. A phone photo of the cabinets or ceiling helps. That is the whole form.

We write the load sheet
Watts per run, driver size at 80 %, current on each feed and the voltage drop at the gauge you plan to use. If a feed goes over 3 %, the sheet says so and proposes a heavier gauge or a second feed.

A list by part code with quantities, plus a written quote in USD with shipping to your city or ZIP. If a run needs a second feed, the sheet shows where it lands.

You confirm, it ships
Reply to confirm in writing. We send an invoice by email, which is paid outside this website. Parts are picked, drivers checked on the bench, packed and shipped.

What to send
Five facts, and we can price it.
Vague requests get a question back, not a quote. "Lights for my kitchen" costs you a day. "Two runs, 2.4 m and 3.1 m, driver in the sink cabinet" gets a sheet.
- REQRun lengths in metres. Each run separately. Round down to the nearest 50 mm if it is COB. Feet are fine too; we convert, but say which you used.
- REQWhere the power comes in. Which cabinet, which wall, how far by cable route from the nearest run. This is what decides the feed gauge.
- REQCity or ZIP. Only so shipping goes into the quote.
- OPTStrip preference. COB for a dot-free line in shallow channel, SMD2835 when you need the most light, 48 V for anything over 10 m on one feed. Not sure? Leave it blank.
- OPTDimming. None, a phase wall dimmer, 0-10V, or tunable white. This changes the driver, so tell us early.

This is the shape of a reply for a U-shaped kitchen with two runs, dimmed from a wall switch. Quantities are real arithmetic; prices are left off here because they are only ever quoted in writing, for your job.

Questions buyers ask before the first order.
Can I just buy one reel without a load sheet?
Yes. Name the part code and quantity and we quote it. If there is no driver on the order, we still ask what the strip will be powered from, because a 24 V reel on the wrong supply is the call we get three weeks later.
Is the quote binding?
No price on this site is binding, and there are no prices printed here at all. The written quote states what it covers and for how long. Nothing is final until you confirm it in writing and we accept. The terms set out the rest.
Do you install, or send someone out?
No. We sell and match parts. Anything on the mains side of the driver is work for a licensed electrician, and we will happily write the sheet for yours. Trade buyers have their own arrangement on the installers page.
I already bought 12 V strip. Can you supply the rest?
We do not stock 12 V drivers or strip, so no. Past about 5 m on one feed it fades visibly at the far end. If the run is short and the strip is already fitted, keep it; if it is not fitted yet, send the lengths and we will quote 24 V.
What if a part arrives faulty?
Tell us the part code and what it is doing. The process is on the warranty page. A driver that was loaded past 80 % against our sheet is the first thing we will ask about.
