Trade / Electricians and cabinet shops
Zavellora supplies 24 V LED strip lights, LED aluminum channel and drivers to electricians and cabinet shops who fit light lines for a living. We keep your parts list on file, cut strip and channel to length when you ask, and lend sample boards for client meetings. Every trade order is quoted in writing in USD, on the same inquiry route as everyone else.
None of these need an account or a signup. You email or ring, we note your shop against the sheet, and the next order starts from where the last one ended.
A cabinet shop that builds the same 600 mm wall units every month does not need a new load sheet every month. Send the first job, we write it once, and it goes on file under your shop name with a reference. Next time, reply with the reference and the number of units.
If a run length changes, we rerun the feed drop. A 10 % longer run can tip an 18 AWG feed past 3 %, and we would rather tell you now.
COB strip is cut on the 50 mm mark and fitted with a ZV-L18 feed lead if you want it. Channel is cut square and deburred, end caps bagged with each piece. Give us lengths in millimetres per run.
We will not cut between marks. A 2,437 mm request comes back at 2,400 mm and the sheet says so.

Price basis
Prices are never printed on this site and never presented as binding. A quote is the sum of the part bases below, times quantity, plus shipping to the job or the shop. Cut-to-length work is itemised as its own line, so you can see what the cutting costs and decide to do it yourself.
Repeat orders on a filed list are requoted each time. Aluminium moves. We would rather send a fresh number than hold one that is out of date.

For electricians
The P23 plaster-in channel has a 23 mm perforated flange. Screw it to the framing, tape it, mud it, sand it, paint. The line looks cut into the ceiling. What goes wrong is the driver: it ends up above the drywall with no access hatch and no airflow. We mark on the sheet where the driver goes and how far the feed runs from there.
For dimmed ceilings we default to the 0-10V LED dimmer module on a standard driver, because it separates control from power and does not depend on which phase dimmer the client already bought. If the job has a phase dimmer on the wall, the ZV-D150P handles it.
For cabinet shops
Most shop work is COB LED strip 24 V in P16 channel under wall units, sometimes P45 in wardrobe corners. The strip draws 10 W/m. Six 600 mm units in a row is 3.6 m and 36 W. That fits a 100 W driver with room to add the tall pantry later, which is the conversation we always end up having.
Solderless LED strip connectors are fine for shop fit-outs where the join sits behind a panel and never moves. On a site with vibration, doors slamming, a fridge next door, we prefer soldered joins, and we say so on the sheet.
Send one job: runs in millimetres, feed point, dimming. We write the sheet, keep it, and quote the next one from the reference.
